"A Talented Vocalist", Joan has performed throughout New England and the Mid-west, and currently works primarily in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire and Maine..
A working musician able to perform as a solo act, with small combos, or big band arrangements, Joan can put together any size ensemble for any occasion. She is also the featured vocalist of "Cool Shade of Blue".
Joan has worked with a wide variety of musicians including Lavassamba, Tyrome's Kitchen, The Dan Cole Trio, violinist Sara Caswell, and pianist Ben Bigney, and has sat in with artists ranging from blues guitarist/composer Al Carmichael in her native city of Detroit, Michigan to the Jim Howe Trio with Chris Neville at the Press Room in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
